Her passion for equestrian sport initially took Carina away from her home town to Frankfurt am Main and then to the events industry. Her first steps into working in an agency came with max.sense where she was a trainee event manager. Immediately after completing her traineeship, she was involved in projects for major clients from the automotive industry. Horse power continues to be the linchpin of her sporting activities – she has remained true to her love of equestrian sport, and her fascination with Formula 1 makes complete sense!

Her private life has frequently taken her to far-off destinations – and it is there where she has found her second (host) family, namely in the USA. She graduated from the Tourism Academy in Innsbruck (Austria), not quite so far away, yet still very close to her great passion – the mountains! Here, Lena can recharge her batteries skiing, rock climbing or hiking. Fortunately, she doesn’t have to go too far from Munich to enjoy her mountain sports!
