Custom made event concepts now emerge where tobacco had been dried for more than 100 years. ‘Cause Philipp Morris’ old boiler house in WerkStadt Sendling perfectly reflects the essence of ZIBERT + FRIENDS – it embodies individuality and team spirit, past and future, tradition and innovation. Be it our artistically designed working islands, the various conference rooms peppered with high tech, urban art in the foyer, our gigantic designer kitchen or our very own “BETTER FRIENDS CAFÉ” and the gondola on the roof terrace – we have plenty of space for great ideas.
And what really turns us on, being passionate world saviours: During the building’s rehabilitation process we already focused on sustainable aspects employing recycled and raw materials, a resources efficient energy concept, an architecture reflecting the community of FRIENDS – spurring us to be BETTER FRIENDS. And since 2014, we are a carbon neutral company!

ZIBERT + FRIENDS is an independent, internationally active live communications agency based in Munich.
Founded by Florian Zibert in 1995, the agency has grown by quite a few friends during the past 20 years – but has always remained owner managed.
With heart, mind and a big portion of creativity we create unforgotten product and brand experiences. Be it strategy, concept or implementation, be it the whole package or a single component: It is our passion to reconcile BIGGEST IDEAS + SMALLEST DETAILS – only the best ideas thrill people, and only perfection in every detail makes a message become truly unforgettable.

What we are heading at
By 2018, ZIBERT + FRIENDS shall be Germany’s most sustainable live communications agency.
Some want to be the biggest, others the most creative, still others the hippest – and it’s not even that we couldn’t keep up.
We simply aim higher: We want to be the most sustainable, in a holistic way, respecting the “three pillars” of sustainability, thereby reconciling environmental, social and economic demands.
To us this means: We make every effort to ensure that our agency continues being a valuable part of society which as such can contribute to promoting social justice and maintaining our environment for future generations.
With our project BETTER FRIENDS we already set a good example – marking bigger or smaller steps in the right direction. But we’ll get there in the end – after all we love reaching for the stars.

How we rock the world
An important step
ZIBERT + FRIENDS is now a climate-neutral company
Finally we have our co2-footprint! And it’s surprisingly small: a company with almost 40 employees we used up around 36 tons of CO2. In comparison: on average, a North American uses up to 27 tons a year. Furthermore, by the compensation of a water-treatment project in Kenya, we are now officially a climate-neutral company. An important step on our way to our BETTER FRIENDS goal!
Before compensation, we focused on measures to reduce or avoid CO2. We use 100% green power, are free of residual waste, save energy and pursue a sustainable mobility concept.
We live sustainability in the agency and integrate it consistently in our business. We advise our customers sustainably, support them conceptually and accompany the implementation successfully. We try to pass on our know-how by giving symposia on sustainability as a business case for suppliers and holding seminars about sustainability in the live communications industry.

How we work
We are seriously convinced of live communications.
What are people convinced of? Of things they believe in and perceive as sexy. Whatever enjoys trust and turns on is a success – be it a person, a company, a brand, a product or a message.
It is our aim to have people experience confidence and attractiveness in a preservative way.
This is why live communications is our method of choice – because it is the correct tool, to create experiences that combine emotionalisation with credibility and transparency, that focus on dialogue and participation.
